Since we only want intelligent people committed to Axxiom; we don’t want to begin by insulting your intelligence with false claims about our opportunity.  While it’s true you may be successful without some or most of what we call the Axxiom Advisor DNA; the likelihood is very low.  We know certain personal and professional traits are pretty good indicators if you can “cut the mustard” and actually find this to be a rewarding choice.

If these statements seem harsh, we apologize, but we view our obligation to you in this regard to be truthful and straightforward. It’s the way we run our business; it’s our culture, and the respect we show to our associates.

Here are some of the key attributes you would want to have before applying for the Axxiom Advisor opportunity:

• Five years of sales experience with at least two in consultative sales
• Looking for a career and not a “job”
• Understands the value of network marketing
• Is motivated by commission only compensation
• Articulate, engaging, enthusiastic, high energy, professional
• Persistent, undeterred in achieving personal and company objectives
• Coachable and focused on results
• Have reasonable financial resources and the willingness to invest in his or her business ($1000+/mo.) and the ability to sustain themselves and meet their living expenses for a minimum of 90 days.
