As an Axxiom Advisor, it is vitally important to receive qualified training in all aspects of your business. This will allow you to perform at the highest level while serving your clients needs, and the requirements of Axxiom franchise client companies. You will be prepared to be both knowledgeable and confident in the ways of a successful Advisor applying the Axxiom processes, protocols and procedures.
The Axxiom training will include in depth instruction and education on:
- The franchise industry; history, trends, future, opportunities
- The role of the Axxiom Advisor
- Franchise formats; masters, area developer, multi-unit, co-branding etc.
- Franchisors; their objectives, expectations, goals, managing the relationship
- Client acquisition; referral marketing, networking, advertising, self promotion etc.
- Qualifying your client; assessing needs, desires, financial, lifestyle and professional goals
- Search and selection of ideal franchises to meet your client’s criteria
- Presenting these opportunities to your client
- Introducing your client to the franchise companies
- Managing and advising your client throughout the due diligence process
The Axxiom training will include two full days onsite in either Sacramento, CA or Atlanta, GA followed by ongoing training via webinars. Ongoing support and continuous education are also part of the Axxiom commitment to you.
The training cost is $1495, plus your travel expenses to attend. There is a $150.00 setup cost, due at training, for access to Axxiom marketing and technology, plus a monthly fee of $100.00 that will begin on your first full month as an Axxiom Advisor. The marketing and technology fee includes access to the Axxiom intranet website, email system, drip marketing system, webinar access, and video training library.
